But this day is special because SpongeBob has a toothache and he has to go to the dentist. To take the unpleasant pain away, you need to do a complicated surgery. Firstly, find out the cause of his toothache. Only then, get rid of the germs with the help of a necessary remedy and remove damaged teeth. After that, you should replace them with the new ones and pick out a lovely outfit for the character to make him smile.
