He is allowed absolutely everything: to steal cars, kill civilians, arrange shootouts with policemen and earn millions.
How to play
From the very beginning, Joker is given a flamethrower and a machine gun, with which you can start rampage and kill everyone who catches your eye. Even if the police come to the rescue shoot without stopping. You can blow up their car or just kill armed soldiers and then steal their vehicles with sirens.
