Back in the distant 1950s, an incredible event took place. Monsters known as "Doppelgangers" appeared on earth. These creatures are able to take on the guise of humans and infiltrate their homes to consume their blood. Doppelgangers do not show their abilities and do not kill people until they are in an enclosed space. That is why they infiltrate apartments and attack their inhabitants. Since there was no special technology at that time, apartment buildings were equipped with special concierge detectives who were supposed to let only real residents and their guests in, but in no case let in monsters that could destroy all the residents and the concierge himself.

You got a job with a security service called Detectives vs. Doppelgangers (DDD). This service is dedicated to identifying and catching doppelgangers. No one stayed in this position for long, as negligent performance of duties could lead to the death of both the occupants of the house and the guard himself. Look carefully at the faces of everyone who approaches your booth. You have a file on all the residents of the house, and you can dial their phone number if you are suspicious. Study their ID cards and invitations, then fill out a special form and decide whether to open the door. Not only the lives of the house's occupants depend on your decision, but also your own. If you spot a monster among the visitors, quickly close the door by pressing the alarm button and call the DDD who will come to catch the monster.
